Tripropylene Glycol
Tripropylene glycol (TPG) is a colorless, viscous liquid featuring low toxicity, low volatility, slow evaporation and water miscibility. It is a by product in the production process of monopropylene glycol.
Tripropylene glycol (TPG) is used in many fields. It is used as an Initiator for urethane polyols, in manufacturing of polyester plastics, as a solvent and homogenizing agent for inks and other coloring materials, in hard surface cleaning formulations, and penetrating oils, as plasticizer, hydraulic fluids and cooling media.
